Complaint regarding flipkart order

I have ordered lancer running shoes from flipkart of rs 555.my order id is od110898148042477000. this product is delivered to me at 7dec2017. These shoes are not fit for me so I have taken a return request but after 4 days request is automatically cancelled again I raise a return request but this time also request is cancelled again and again this happened. When I call flipkart customer care they raised again a return request. Now I am totally frustrated. Please help me.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket.
