I bought one Fly mobile snap model on 27-05-2015 after seeing the TV ads but within one month it started giving problems. On 15-05-2015 I gave the mobile to company service center Genius Computers, Shaniwar Khoot, Belgaum. After this I have been repeatedly asking them the status of the phone but every time they are saying company is not sending spares. Wynncom Digital Devices Pvt.Ltd-SML Delhi pin 110037, Invoice No. S15182/15-16/138. I have sent email twice but no action has been taken. I am 64 years old and my request is to either repair the phone quickly or give me a replacement.
