Me too facing the similar problem. I got the call on oct 14th 2018, he introduces himself as KxxY RxxxY (Marketing Executive) working in G S Enterprise regarding an online from filling work (Part time). Fristly, I was asked to register with an amount of rs .299 through paytm, they asked to send my ID proof, and they send me a massage to download an apk file called Digital Docs through which they took my details such as photo , mobile number and signature but somehow it does not work out. Anyway, my dock uploading process remain incomplete despite that generated agreement without specifying terms and conditions ; I came to know about it only after I received the agreement. In addition, I was told that I have to complete 1500 forms in 15 days.
I didn’t recevied my user id and login password. After too much follow up 8 days later onNov 23rd 2018 I was given id and password
After various queries with lots of chasing them I completed my workload on the submission date. During my submission, i get some problem again i calling helpline no. but his no. is out of coverage area.Then I submmit pdf line but showing it was showing pending.I called many times as I have spent multiple sleepless nights to completed that task. It was not a easy work done. But i was helpless to receive any response from their side.
I received a reply on my 16th Nov explanation talked very rudely to deposite 9800 INR as penalty. Then they demanded me to deposit extension charges 9800 INR, which is neither discussed that for 7 days extension you have to deposit 3000 extra and it is fixed for all. They were forcing me to deposit 9800 INR or they will take a legal action. On 16th nov , nxxxxj pxxxxxy calling me and he said your filling form is failed so you deposite money in my account ,he also send me account and he said given your atm card front & back photo copy then after i deduct the money but i am not agree .This company was fraud ,they said me i am advocate and i take a legal and creminal action.
I request to take legal action against GS enterprises.
