Complaint regarding fraud sales on Instagram

I recently ordered a shoe on instagram account named thriefshopindia as it seems that it deliver good shoe after checking their posts on 14 feb. They asked me to place order through whatsapp no 90xxxxxxx5. i trusted them and payed a sum of Rs.1650 through paytm. But i didn’t got the shoe yet. Please help me out of this.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010.
