I have sbi platinum credit card issued in August 2017. i had not used still now.i received a message on 6th September 2017 to my mobile number 8xxxxxxxxxx0 that OTP had been issued of the card without even me requesting for it. Further to that message I got 3 OTP s ad fraud transactions done towards IDEA bills payments Rs/4,777.00 and Rs/4,777.00.on the same day 6th September 2017. i mmediatly I blocked my credit card and lodged dispute transactions claim with sbi credit card customer care. i never shared any information about card with anybody. i complained Number of times and messaged but there is no response from customer care and sbi credit card and getting messages and calls about pending dues with penalty.so please solve my problem as soon as possible.sbi credit card itself fruading their customers by claiming false bills.so kindly do needful
