There was some fraud happen in my icici debit account on 20th May 2015. I have registered the complain on the same day. Icici staff was saying the complain will be resolved within 5 working days. Now, its been 18 days and my service request has not yet been processed. I have visited bank 3 times till now and they always say you can check after 2,3 days. I have lost 6000 through this fraud. Four back to back transactions were there within one minute and I did not receive any OTP pin or 3 D secure pin. Please resolve the request as soon as possible.
