Complaint regarding freecharge account

I have try to login to yesterday, i was not able to do so, i have mail to care[@], they told me that my account was block ask for ID Proof and bank account statement detail to reactive account. it is not safe to my privacy that i give them bank statement and ID proof i have ask them to verify account through Email or Phone number or Transfer that amount to my bank account number which is already Entered there in my account detail. But still not any reply from them.
