Complaint regarding fund transfer from Paytm

Hi. I made a transaction on dec 29 i.e. I sent money from my paytm account to my bank account. Its been nearly 2 weeks and still I don’t see it. I visited my bank thrice but they have not got anything from paytm. When I ask paytm they say they have done it and sometimes still working on it. They are not clear in their answers. But still I will ask to paytm not my bank but paytm does not reply. Kindly help me.
