I purchased a brand new Gigabyte Motherboard (Model: 890GPA-UD3H) SN: 110700032094 from Worldwide Technologies (4 Biplabi Ankul Chandra Street, Kolkata-72 Ph: 7059638087) in lieu of cash payment and collected the sales invoice as provided. After three days the board is out of order. When I carried it in to the Gigabyte Authorised Service Hub(11 Prafulla Sarkar Street Kolkata-72), I was denied service because according to them the warranty has expired as per the serial number and I was asked to contact the point of purchase. When I contacted my vendor, they avoided me with insolent behaviour. This is not possible for a consumer to stand at a store and call the service hub to validate if a serial number is in warranty and then buy the product. Warranty should be calculated from the date of purchase.

I’m stuck in the middle and compromised where nither the vendor nor Gigabyte is ready to take responsibility of it.
Please help.
