I am mukesh, and i am facing serious problem with gionee service center guys Royal complex, ajmer, Rajasthan. My problem was, i got broke my gionee e3 phone touch screen so i gave it to gionee service center, Royal complex, ajmer(date:9dec. 2014 ). So, they repaired my phone with faulty touch screen.The problem occured related to screen at 25 dec.2014, so i took my phone to them and they assured me that take your phone after 7 days, i go there after 10 days to take it(date: 2 jan 2015 )till from the date the phone was still at the service center royal complex. Each time i go there and ask them for my phone the service guy Mr. Lxxxxxa attend me and every time he ask me to came after 3 day and take your phone or giving excuses like give us 5 more days. Now, till the date from today they refused to repair my phone and now they are not giving my phone too. So, its an request to (gionee rajasthan head and india CEO, Head)kindly take some action on these guys. Because i think we customers, go to service center for our phone and people like these service center guys make fun of us. So,please do something and take some action.
