I was facing problem with my phone so I had given my gionee elife e7 phone to customer care center at satyam infotech, himatnagar, Gujarat. when I submitted my phone it was working properly. There was only oversensitive touch problem in my phone when I submitted it.
after submitting my phone to replace or repair in warranty period they guys told me to wait for 15days to complete the processes. After lots of wait I got to know that my phone is not repaired or replaced bcoz of some reason. and the people working for gionee company refused to reply me on their phone number of customer care and also I placed a complaint on their emai id they also not given reply over there and they discontinued my warranty period. Even then my phone is there in the customer care center at satyam infotech himatnagar. And now they guys have damaged the screen of it .
I have the recept of submitting phone and they clearly said in it that condition of set is good good.and they assuree they will replace it with the new handset.
But now nobody is replaying not also company customer care and not service centre people to my calls or mails from last 4 months.

Who will give justice now?
Please reply me as early as possible or else I will go for the Court matter. I claim a new handset or 70,000 rupees cash for all this harresment and mental tourcher.
