My mobile’s LCD got broken (Gionee M4) and was submitted to the service centre on 23Sep16 and prior to that to I Care, Dum Dum Road, Kolkata.

After repeated reminders, I hardly got any progressive response from the Service Centre or from the Gionee head office in India. I had to call and connect the Service centre in Kolkata and the Gionee head office in conference to get an update. I used to be promised that headoffice would get back to me but they never did. I was told that I need to pay the cost for the LCD and as per “refer” policy, I would get a new Gionee M4 as a replacement, as the LCD was not available with the company. After repeated reminders, on 5th Nov, 2016, I got a handset (Gionee M4) without the flap cover which was kept by the store. Now, I can see that the handset has the following problems. I have reported to both headoffice and local service centre, and not sure how long they would take to fix this. There is no response from their end yet.

1) The earphone jack is not working
2) There is a current flow (shock) that can feel while using the phone when it is put on charge
3) The flap cover is missing

Need your urgent help & intervention. I had an extremely bad experience with Gionee Service and still am having.
