Complaint regarding Gionee P5W service

Respected sir mam i recently called from no.08xxxxxxxxxx3 to gionee team and tell my problem of my p5w with IMEI 869102023605045 i face battery problem from mid of November 2016 my phone battery show wrong status i.e. phone switch off even when battery is 80 % and when i on my phone it charge from 1 percent and sometime while charging my phone battery decreasing instead of increasing. i told this problem to service centre they change battery but problem does not fix so i told them again they change battery twice but problem does not fix so i told again then they change usb port and repair something but problem does not solve. so i told again then they change and told some motherboard parts were changed and by doing this the problem does not solve?? and i told again then they say it motherboard problem and recently changed whole motherboard but now also problem does not fix .Hi GIONEE team it is my request to you if you are unable to slove my problem then PLEASE change my phone and please register a complaint regarding this E-mail that a customer was issuing this type of problem and raise a request to change phone i approx.. go 6-7 time service centre for a same problem but my probel was not fix ? You feel shocked that i mail you from same E-mail id approx 9 times . Please take action on this .i hope GIONEE team understand my problem please if you can then send my query or request to higher authority.
