Complaint regarding Gionee P7 phone warranty

We purchase gionee P7 phone 28/05/2017. amount 9499/- dealer AAA communication. now we have fasing a problem phone not power on. we are visit gionee service care center noida sec-18, my cell phone is under warranty period. but noida service center are not repair my cell phone under warranty. he told me hand set will be reoair on chargeable basis under amount 5369.73/-. im your valueble customer. but we have face totely customer harsment. please help and support.still waiting for your positive reply. with regards:-

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
