I Have Purchase Gionee S Plus Model on dated 22.05.2016 of Approx 16000 Rupees but after sometimes the problems start occurring phone gets heat up, Network drop, Hanging and mainly of charging etc in these 7 or months i got my phone service atleast 8 – 10 times but my problems are not getting resolve the service center people have no manner and technical knowledge as well today (27.01.2017) I get my handset back from service centre after 10 days for charging problem but still the problem is intact and even sometime they forgot to put receiver in it and sometime my caller didnt hear my voice as well whenever I deposit my mobile to customer care my problems gets multiplied unless gets resolve Please take a serious note at it either they replace my mobile or refund my money because this is a faulty handset which have manufacturing defects.
