I would like to share with gionee the worst mistake of my life. It was buying a Gionee S6 phone!

I bought the phone on May 2016. After 4 months, my phone stopped working. On going to the service center I came to know that there was water damage out of nowhere. I had no time to escalate the matter then, so I paid for whatever the service center charged me.

Now again after 4 months, the phone cracked from the charging point. God saved me that it did not blast on my ear! I was charging the phone and suddenly the bottom most side of the glass cracked away and the phone was so hot as hell!!

I immediately took out the charger and switched the phone off.

On switching it back on the phone worked fine but the lower sensor keys stopped working. Now the lock button seldom works. The phone heats like hell all the time.

That day I was lucky that I was not on a call, otherwise the phone might have blasted. As of now I have spent enough on this rubbish phone and I am not going to spend a single penny more! I want my phone repaired as soon as possible.

Now on calling customer care ,they are well taught not to listen to any grievance. The lady said me that since the glass is cracked, it is out of warranty and first i have to repair it.

Am i a fool? I got a 20k phone, already paid 4k to service center guy and now again I will have to pay!

Complete mental harassment and rude behavior i see here!
