Complaint regarding Gionee S6S service

From the three years i have been using Gionee. I bought M2, THEN e-life s7 and now S6S. It is very bad habbit of the service agents that when we keep our newly phones for repair, they used to replace its internal parts about which we are not used to be aware of. last time i kept my my E-Life for repair there i found that its battery was replaces and for taht i market complaints for the same. Due to this cheap acts we are unable to trust them for even a single day.

Yesterday my newly bought cell S6S slipped from my hand and fall on my bed. i was surprised to c taht my phone screen broked . really ist mazing bcz my m2 and elife used to fall many a times but it never happened. today i went to service station and they denied for free service saying that its physical damage. may be they fixed with their habbits that they have taken customer as granted. then i asked them waht will be charge,they agin surpried saying that it will cost me 7200. my phone i bought for 17000 and for single screen damamge they are asking me to pay 7200. then i called toll free number of Gionee there one lady received my call and c said that it will cost me around 3000. plz help me i need my phone in the same new condition at the earliest.
