My gionee phone screen stopped working yesterday sudden. i went to gionee care muzaffarnagar, but the executive refused to repair my phone in warranty saying that the phone was dropped down ,that’s why not working.My phone has not any broken marks on screen and other body and he is forcefully he is stick to his own statement. he was not ready to hear me and was not giving me satisfactory reason. If there is any broken marks on my phone then it is my responsibility.
Please resolve my problem because gionee showroom is 22km from my place,and my phone is also not working.
