Gionee Care has kept hold of the above set since 27.06.2017 without any repair which sustained a liquid damage. Even it has handed out an estimate of Rs. 3580/- (apprx.) excluding service tax.Now above handset is insured by IFFCO TOKYO.For the purpose of the claim procedure I need to submit all the documents required for the claim procedures within the 14 working days from the date of claim lodged on 26.06.2017. I ve sent a mail apprising the cause of delay from the Co.s email id . but it is yet to give any positive revert
to my astonish. Even it did not feel the necessity or any urgency to inform to its customers causes of delays in the process of the corrective action of my handset. I requested them several time over phone atleast to give a revert to my mail It is also inform you that the delay clarifications from the manufacturer’s end is mandatory to inform the above said insurer. Hence I would request you to please look into the matter your prompt action in this regard would in turn facilitate my claim to the insure.
