With the reference to the above I purchased Gionee mobile from Faizuls mobile stores , Chirag Ali lane,Hyderabad M5-lite,gooold on 26/10/2017,phone was good,few days back my phone fell down by accident its glass such low quality of the glass that even guarded with glass it is broken. when contacted customer care, after making several calls she lifted the phone after I have asked for location of service centre she explained improper address and disconnected the phone after enquiring from local public I found the address, when I shown my phone she simply said it will cost of Rs.3800/-even phone under warranty that is half of phone cost today”s phone value when branded mobile phone like samsung provided me service for free of cost when under warrany when my phone fell on water by accidentaly, when I gave complaint to their customer care last week now they turned blind eye, til now no response, I request consumer authorities to take strong action against this china mobile companies like Gionee get my phone service done free of cost.
