Complaint regarding glitch in ticket booking

Sir, i want to give you a complaint against Sir i booked a return ticket for one of my friend who lives in Norway, from Oslo to Kathmandu on 19th june 2016. i booked a ticket with Emirates Airline through and her travelling dates were on 1st july Oslo to Kathmandu and return on 8th july 201. send us a ticket after full payment of rupees 69900. When my friend was going to check in online from Norway at Emirates Website she found no booking for her with Emirates Airline. When we chatted live chat with Emirates Airline’s representative we came to know there was no booking for her. When we contacted we were told that Airline has auto cancelled the the booking. We suffered fnancially. She had booking from Trondheim to Oslo and return accordingly which she has to cancel and we lost more than 80% for her these tickets. i was too going to travel from New Delhi to Kathmandu and return to meet her which i had to cancel and lost more than 40%. Our hotel booking at Kathmandu we had to cancel. And tried to got rid by telling us that they will refund full Oslo Kathmandu ticket. Kindly help us as we are in great emotional and financial set back.
