I have taken the Gtpl Broadband on oct 2014. So From oct 2014 to 25 june 2015 the internet works properly. Problem starts from 26 june 2015.

My Problem is that from 26 June 2015 the internet remains inactive for 3 to 4 days per week till now. I have make many complains to Gtpl Customer Care but they did’nt provide me the Permanent solution of my complains whenever i make complain they provide me only temporary solution. So due to temporary solution internet works for 3 to 4 days thenafte it will inactive sometimes for 2 or 3 or sometimes for 4 days.

Whenever i ask to Gtpl Customer Care Executive to transfer the call to their higher authority they say that we have no rights to transfer the call to higher authority.

Whenever i make call to Gtpl Customer Care for complains i said them this time i should get the permanent solution then every time Executive said that this time you definitely get the permanent solution but till now i didnt get the permanent solution.

So please see what you can do regarding my complain.
