I purchased a Haier washing machine of from Rimpi Electroworld model town jalandhar on dated 1/11/2016 they gave 5 years warranty for the same.
In start of 2017 drier of washing machine was stop working I gave complaint for the same technician came change motor after one month same problem occur I did same complaint again technician came change the motor then again drier stop working again gave complaint and requested them to change my washing machine but they didn’t
Same was happened again I gave so many complaints for the same but again washing machine not working today I was not available at home one technician came change the wire ask for job code I refused to give and called to costoumer Care twice that I will not give them code until unless I m not satisfied they said OK wash clothes and check then only give code technician said to my wife if you will not give me code i will remove wire and blocked your no infuture your complaint will not entertain I called him and told him I just talked to customer care they said don’t give code until unless you are not satisfied but he said I m removing wire and he removed the wire and misbehave with my wife
Now I want to file case against company and service center ppls for harassment and for their bad product
