Complaint regarding Hathway broadband new connection

I am Senior Citizen(66).I paid Rs.2757 to Hathway Broadband AB-17 Safdarjung Enclave New Delhi 110029 vide PNB cheque no.048650 on 5th Oct.2016 vide their receipt no.39031. for a New Broadbend connection Booster 3-10 mbps Qtrly plan. I was promised connection within 2-3 days. After lot of persuiation through all known possible means like helpline facebook, telephone calls to sales person, Area Manager etc., After about a week I was told that there was some connectivity problem. On 17th Oct.2016 I requested them to refund my advance. But till date they have not responded to my request and Area Manager is not picking the telephone calls.
