We took Hathway broadband connection on 16th Jan’16. We took a quarter plan of 25gb data at a speed of 50mbps & will slow down post that for INR 3090/-.I had given cash & the next day receipt for same also came in. The installation was done on sunday(17th Jan’16). However the speed was nowhere close to what they promised, furthermore within my house also i could not get the wifi connection(a 3bhk). In the morning when I spoke to the sales person, i saw a shift in the attitude telling me to get this sorted through customer care & the technical team. I tried calling the customer care twice, the minute you press the reqd no. to be connected to the technical team, you are being put on infinite hold time. Forget resolving the problem nobody is bothered enough to acknowledge the problem.

I wish to disconnect & get the entire amount paid as refund because of their false commitments & no redressal of problems.
