I have installed the connection of hathway on 28th May 2016 but i am facing a continuous problem in connection. They are not having any power supply in our area and they have installed the connection. Whenever there is urgent work which has to be done from the help internet, they disconnect the net. They always disconnect the net on holidays. I am extremely disappointed by the internet services provided by hathway. I even made a complaint to the Nodal Officer named as Sxxxxxxxr Axxxi about my data usage of 50 GB provided by hathway at 5 MBPS speed, that i haven’t consumed that much of Data and i asked for the official report of my data usage but he haven’t replied yet. I can’t browse or even open three to two windows in my google chrome, the surfing speed is also slow at 1 MBPS speed. I made numerous amounts of complaint against this slow internet and the connectivity but there is no action have been taken from there side. My Hathway account number is 1103626711.I want an immediate reaction against them when they are not having a proper power supply in an area, so why are they providing internet connection. There net works for only 3-4 hours a day after making a complaint in the customer care.
