I had switched from my Airtel Connection to Hathway Internet on 16/10/2016. The manager of the company who handles new connections in the area (Koramangala) had visited my residence to take the payment for the first 3 months of connection (till January 2016). The total bill amount was 3110 – Bill no. 30049 (attached herewith).

Upon receiving the new connection, i have had multiple problems with the reliability of the connection from the very first week. There have been at least 2 occasions every week when the connection has got disrupted and I have had to make repeated calls to the customer care to put the connection back in order. This has been going on every week on and on.

If the company checks my records, they would observe that I have made at least 8-10 service calls over the last one month.

This is not the end of my woes.

Somewhere around the 17th of November, they disconnected my connection stating that I have not paid the bill for the month of November, even though I had made the initial payment for 3 months. I raised a service request asking them to check my records and one official told me that their record has not been updated with the payment details (Mr. Axxxxh did not update the records once he received the amount)

After a few days, I mailed them a scanned copy of the bill and despite that they again disconnected my connection yesterday – 23rd of November.

I wonder what kind of people work for this company and I definitely should have taken strong feedback from my peers before asking for a service from this rogue and an utmost inefficient company.

I have spent more money calling up customer care than I would have paid for my monthly rental.

I would want my monthly rental refunded (on a pro-rated basis) since I have no intention of continuing my internet connection with such kind of a service provider.
