I boked a cab late in the night and my family was with me. the estimated charge for the trip was showing inr.303/- and no surcgarges intimation was flashing on the uber app at the time of booking i thought it must be a software problem and with no other choices i had to book that cab as it was late in the night and my family was with me. but when i received the receipt from uber i found that uber has actually charged me inr.303/- in which inr.210/- as surcharges. how can uber charge me surcharges without any prior intmation on their app besides how can uber charge me a fare of inr.303/- just for a 6.5km
with-in delhi trip. i think they found an opportunity to earn extra bugs when they saw the cleint is booking the cab late in the night and they took benefit of clients helplessness. its apparently disgusting and pathetic. i have complaint regarding this in uber customer care but those stupid executives keep on sending me by just copy-paste some of their standardized reply which is irrelevant to my actuall issue. kindly help me getting my hard earned money which uber sucked like a parasite doing unethical practice.
