Complaint regarding Hindustan Unilever water purifier

I had purchased water purifier machine(company-Hindustan Unilever) dated 11/06/15, from that date to till date machine is not working smoothly. I had complained to the distributor several times, every time he visit and repaired the machine. This machine is in gurantee period. We had given Rs.1500/- in the first month only for filter changing. Every time he takes the money, but now it is not possible as we belong to a middle class family. Again he is asking money saying that the water which is coming in the filter is dirty. We are living in govt. quarters(Northern Coal Ltd.) Singruali. He is asking to give complain in Customer care, already 3-4 times we have complained but still no body have visited to our house. We request the distributor that we don’t want this machine because last three months it is creating problem but he told machine will not be returned only company technicians will come and repair. In future the same problem we will have to face already we have suffered a lot due to this machine. We are not getting pure water because it is not working.

We request you to please return this machine and we need our money as early as possible.
