Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance. ICF took up the matter with Kotak Mahindra and the matter was finally resolved. Kotak Mahindra confirmed refunding the debited amount.

Even after two weeks she did not get her money back even as Spice Jet kept maintaining the refund has been processed. Ms. Chakraborty posted her complaint with ICF on 26-06-2014 and ICF took up the matter with Spice Jet. Ms. Chakraborty finally got her money back by 01-07-2014.

Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
