I submitted a handset (honor 8) at honor service center, I submitted that device at 26/ September/ 2017, they gives me estimated time of 7-10 days for repairing (battery issue in out of warranty),
Still 21 days ago no update from service center side and no update from customer care support, always they said that they can’t have spairs for repair, they took full payment in advance and also they charged labor charge in in warranty handset for replacing the battery,
Whenever I calls to customer care and service center they can’t have answer for mine question.
