I made a hotel booking by expedia for shimla in hotel sunrise on dates 2-6 oct’14 and booking done successfully by expedia at 24 septemeber , on my surprise I recieved a sms from hotel at 1st oct that hotel can not be booked please contact expedia, when i called to hotel for explaination , hotel manager said he already informed to expedia that hotel will not accept any booking made after 16th septemeber even than they booked hotel for you so its their fault please contact them. I called to expedia several hours and all the time they were transferring my call to different dept. I told expedia please provide a solution as i have not much time just tomrrow I will have to travel. I received no call as solution from them i kept calling again and again in they give me some option like change your dates or go to some other location for holiday which was not possible for me. finally time has passed and i got no rectification no call from them and i had to cancell my travel. i want a full compensation of mental stress and financial loss made by expedia.
