Replacement of Micromax mobile by lalajionline.com:
Mr. Suraj Kakwani of Thane, Maharashtra(Email: suraj_8288(at)hotmail.com) purchased one Micromax mobile from lalajionline.com. The mobile had camera problem and was replaced by Lalaji. However, even the replacement mobile was a defective one. Repeated follow-ups by Mr. Kakwani produced no results and he posted his complaint with ICF on 27.11.2012. The issue was resolved by replacement of the mobile by Lalaji.

Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days. Mr. Dasgupta posted his complaint with ICF on 03-05-2017 and the matter was taken up with Micromax. Finally, Mr. Dasgupta got a new replacement pone on 12-05-2017.

Mobile replaced by Micromax: Mr. Vaibhav Sawaiker of Borivali East, Mumbai 400066, Maharashtra
(sawaiker_vaibhav[at]rediffmail.com) had purchased a Micromax phone on 07-04-2013. Since January 2014, he was having series of problems which could not be rectified even after servicing. Refund from Homeshop18 – Rs.5,699/-: Mr. Dileep Kumar Gupta of Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh (Email: shivshantgupta[@]gmail.com) ordered a projector with Homeshop18, and receive this by paying cash 5699/-. But the product did not work and was sent back to Homeshop18. He however did not get refund and posted his complaint with ICF on 05-01-2015. The matter was taken up with Homeshop18 and got his money back by 24-02-2015.

Refund from Quikr – Rs.3,000 – Ms Vaishali Yadav, Katra, Banda, UP paid Rs 3000 to Quikr for premium ads service to get buyers at maximum price all over the world. But after the payment there was response from Quikr. Neither they were receiving calls nor responding to emails. Ms. Yadav posted her complaint at ICF on 27-05-2017 and the matter was taken up with Quikr. After various follow-up emails, Ms. Yadav finally got her refund by 28-06-2017.

Refund from Paytm – Rs.400/-: Mr. Rahul Aggarwal of Punjab (Email: rahulaggarwal248[@]gmail.com) wanted to add 400rs paytm cash to his paytm wallet. The money got debited from his bank account but he did not receive the same in the Paytm account. He was told that the money will be refunded but refund was not done. He posted his complaint with ICF on 08-09-2014 and the matter was taken up with Paytm. Mr. Aggarwal finally got his money back by 11-09-2014.
