Complaint regarding housing loan from Bajaj Finserv

I have taken a housing loan from bajaj finserv. I am paying my EMI regularly and last month due to unemployment I could not able to pay my EMI. I have sent a mail to bajaj customer care on 9.3.18. but from Chennai collection executive has given a call to me and forcing me to pay. Eventually I explained him that I sent the mail but he did not listen and talking rashly. Kindly help to resolve

Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
