My printer model M1005, PRODUCT NO-CNH8H9H54N, covered under extended warranty. i have registered a case on 16-08-2017 for “NO POWER, ISSUSE’. its been 13 days since i have registered a complaint, only once on 17th hp representative visited my premises and after that he didnt turn up, maximum of time service center dont pick up the call and when by mistake if they pick up the call they will say that “will call in evening with update” but then they didnt called me even once in this 13 days.
on 22-08-2017 again i called service centre and this time they said that they have received a mail form hp stating that board will not be covered under warranty because there is short circuit in board, i asked ok you give me in writing that hp ask denied the warranty, he said ok we will mail you by evening but till date i have not received any mail. few days back i called up customer care and complaint regarding this, they made a conference call and when i asked about the mail, they denied that they have not said me anything about receiving mail from hp and said they will update by evening. but again no updates received. they demand fees for doing service under warranty. before also once same incidence occured, that time also i complained to hp and then i need not pay any amount to executive. but now again this service center in order to take revenge for comaplined made earlier,have produced the case in such a manner that warranty doesnt cover.
then i thought of taking help from social media platform and raised a complaint on hp page on 23-08-2017 and they asked for 4 working days to solve the issse,but again no reply even aftyer 4 working days. i have also emailed the concern to servicehead[@]hp.com and esc_helpdesk[@]hp.com on 23-08-2017 but again no solution from them. so finally i have decided to complaint here to get justice.
