Its been 2 months now i have been trying to contact to HP for fixing my damaged laptop, when ever i tried to contact HP, through remote session, been 2 month, they always disconnect the remote in the middle of the conversation, without any resolution provided or helping me out, being such a big brand its not appreciated that HP would provide such a ridiculous service to the cust. would be sued accordingly, i simply want a replacement for the same before my warranty got expired, its been 2 months now they have also tried to troubleshoot which did’nt fixed the issue, since than they have been disconnecting my chat session, but now i need my money back and they can laptop
