HTC service centre in Kharalwadi repaired the screen of my HTC 816 Desire G locally and also changed all possible hardware inside with a duplicate one. The speaker was changed, Mic not working and the original 16gb memory n the device after repair showed only 4gb. It was with the service center since 14/06/2015 for changing the screen and received a damaged device on 27/06/2015 . It was then again sent back to the Authorised service center and now the date is 11/08/2015 and my issue is still not received. I purchased the phone for Rs. 20000 5 months before and the service center changed me Rs. 5450 for the screen change. I am without a phoen since more than 2 months. When I call back HTC customer care they promise me for a call back after 10-15 minutes from a supervisor which I never received. Then again when I call back they request me to call back after 24-48 hours as they have not received any update from the relevant team. Please help me resolve this. I am fed up now. You have to wait atleast for 30 minutes on to get connected to the customer support and then 20-30 minutes again the agents put on hold just to check the status. Every time I called HTC the call time is always more than 1.30 – 2.00 hours. Please help me get a complete refund for my phone and also for the repair charges I paid to get the screen repaired as it was a duplicate.
