I purchased my HTC desire 820s in march 2015. I was facing problem oif battery drain and charging problem in february 2016. So on 4 feb I ave my phone to service center for 10 days. After 10 days when I received by phone within 10-15 days same problem arose for which I gave my phone again in March. After that all same problem arose within 15 days. For the third time when I gave my phone in 12 days and they said they just updated the software and it is charging now. After that also the same problem persist and now 15 days before they said that phone do not have any problem its the problem of charging. your phone require 1.5 A charger instead of 1A. 2 days before they gave the same 1 A charger and when I said them to give 1.5 A charger they are saying that you keep this we will give you charger as it comes to us and are not preparing job sheet just because my phone is still in extended warranty and they are simply waiting for the warrany period to get expired. I have written so many mails from past 3 months to this HTC customer service center but still no redressal of the problem in phone. I have even given feedback also but these HTC guys are least concerned about the customers complaint. Now this service center in Agra is not even preparing job sheet nor giving 1.5 A charger. They just said you keep 1 A only. I am really fed up of this HTC phones from past february i have to go again and again to this center but they dont redress the problem.
