Complaint regarding HTC mobile servicing

I am writing today to complain about my HTC mobile which i gave for repair at service center on 13th June 2016.

I am complaining because its a month time I gave it for repair and there is no proper update on my product. I contacted the service center multiple times, each time they say to contact the customer care and customer care each time a new person speaks and says to wait for 5 to 7 days and don’t give any proper update. The device is under testing since 23rd June more then that there is no proper update being given. Received a call 2 weeks back stating its ready and they are courier it back and will arrive in 2-3 days, but that also dint happen. Not sure the call was real or fake or they have lost the product in between. There is no proper intimation on whats the issue and how much time it will take. I requested to connect or arrange a call back with the concerned team or person since more then a weeks time and on that also there is no response. Half the calls made is not updated in the system as if they are trying to make false promise.

I am very annoyed and have wasted a lot of my time following up on this and have not got any satisfactory reply from anyone so am writing here. This has already caused lots of mental harassment to me and wasted much of my time and affected multiple personal things. Am not even sure do they have the product or lost it or done something else with it. To resolve this i would like you to look into it and do the needful actions.
