I had given my HTC One E9+ for repair to TVS Electronics, Malad, Mumbai on 2nd Feb 2016.

Since 2nd Feb 2016 Till date I had called so many times to HTC call centre & visited TVS Electronics (Authorised Service Center) for update or repair status of my phone but they are unable to give me any status of my phone neither giving me exchange with a new phone. Its been 1 months where I am struggling with my phone & the travel cost which i have borne in travelling to the dealer many times.

I request the team to please please help me in getting my phone or full reimbursement of my handset.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with HTC.
