Complaint regarding HTC servicing post warranty

I have make a complaints to HTC company regarding the mobile quality issue, as i am purchasing the HTC mobile (Desire 620) in month of April 2015 and only after One year and 3 months my mobile is not working, its mother board was not working as commented by the HTC service center representative. I m surprised after commented by the service center executive that the mother board of your mobile not working hence its required to replace and the total cost will be rs. 10,000 plus, and they suggest me not to invest any amount in this mobile, purchase a new mobile as the expenses is near about the cost of mobile and the guarantee period also lapsed.

The Guarantee period of mobile is only for one year it seem that the HTC company prepare a mobile on the basis of guarantee period i.e. in case of mobile having guarantee period for one year its life is also for one year or maximum to one & half year.

After making a complaints the reply received from the HTC company is that the guarantee period is over hence they cant help.

Its very bad to compromise the quality of the mobile as every person many time thinking for investing the high cost mobile set and they also assume that it will work longer as the investment is high. But in my case i am very helpless after receiving reply form HTC that there is no choice for me to expend the total cost of mobile for its repair.

I look for reasonable solution of my complaints.
