HI Consumer Forum Team, Please help me. I am a tortured customer of Airtel. I have been using their sick horrible 4G LTE service for internet, which is no use. I pay a huge bill of 1034 a month and even more, for sick service which does not even open a page. Anyway, now i told them for discontinuing the services in month of april. Even without any usage i paid the bill of 1034 fro month of May, and now i get another bill this month again though i had told them to disconnect and teh AIrtel customer care lady told me that they will keep a low bill of 99 or free. STill i didnt use it at all and told them for disconnect. NOw the device is switche doff for months and still this bill has come. I want thi sto stop. THey have to waive off my bill and also last month bill whihc i had paid for no services at all , that also should be reversed to my account.
