I hold the savings bank account xxxxxxxxxxx from ICICI bank, almost for 10 years now. I hold the credit card 04xxxxxxxxxxxxxx3 and my outstanding was INR 24486 as on 26/12/2014 and 32504 as on today. As i had met with the accident i could not pay for couple of months and i told them will somehow settle this in one shot and requested for time. The person was visiting my residence for collection, he had promised me he will com back to me was in touch with him as hes the face of icici for 3 months and he never turned back. finally i went to the branch and somehow happened to get the number of MR Kxxxxn he tells he cant give me the settlement but pay the full amount which i have not sueed. As a customer i wanted to settle this in the month of december, just because of the delay from the bank, now they are asking me to pay the full maount and they have no courtesy when i ask the people to come home and settle this. they refused to to this and said that they wnated me to come to bank. how ethical and fair enough is this that they want me to pay the late fee because of their delay ????

I need justice. Kindly help i am a middle class person such a fee is not fair and ethical on the banks part because of their delay why would i pay interest just because they delayed to come back to me ???
