Complaint regarding Idea Billing for Idea Net Setter

I AM USING IDEA NET SETTER FROM PAST 8 MONTHS. The issue is that i called to customer care on 7-jan-15 and told to change my plan for 1.5 gb 348 Rs Per Month so they activated this offer and didn’t tell about anything ..after using two day the account services stopped and again i called many times to active my service,They told me idea executive made mistake so your account has stopped due credit limited exceed they they active my account.

on 27 jan i got bill 2753.48 rs for 1.5 GB 348 rs Plan so on 30 th jan i called customer car asked about this issue , they didn’t resolved my issue and told call transferring to superior but waited 30 min on hold for twice but no response

I enclosed last bill details.
