Complaint regarding Idea cellular billing

I have idea post-paid number. I raised request through customer care to deactivate my 3G R-pack on 21st October as you can see in the attached file. It was processed but bill of 3G R-pack was added to the monthly bill of november and december. I dialled 12345 and complained regarding this. Customer care people talked in very rude way. They told that since the 3G bill was added to the monthly bill, it would not be refunded back. They even disconnected the call and refused to listen any more. I was expecting such fraudulent behavior from IDEA. Request for de-activation was raised a long-time ago but customer had to pay the bill afterwards for the service that had been de-activated.
