I have two idea corporate postpaid connections and date of billing cycle is 4th of every month with Unlimited Internet Plan, with 1GB full Speed Data Plan and afterwards speed will reduce to 64 KBPS.
In the month of April’16 I made the payment on 5th evening and very next day I have received a SMS from Idea Care that my Full Speed data has been finished and speed reduced to 64KBPS (which is equivalent to NO internet). I was little shocked to see that as I have not used the Mobile data that much. Mostly I use WiFi at home and hardly get chance to use internet in Office. Raised many complains but Idea Care as usual never bother to listen to my issue and kept blaming me that I have finished the data and purposely raising the issue. I asked them to provide my 1st 1GB data usage with IP address and they refused to provide the details and said it’s against the company policy. I was frustrated and realize they would not listen anything.
This month I purposely made my Mobile Data off to check the issue is really from Idea side or mine. I made the payment and very next day I received the same SMS that my Full Speed 1 GB data has finished and as Expected this time as well Idea Cares didn’t bother nor they are even listing to my issue. I have shared Screen shots and gave them details in written as well still they are not bother.
I am 100% sure, next month they will do the same thing.
