On 7th June 2015, I had contacted a sales person working with Idea Broadband by name Yxxxxh, and submitted the forms, required id documents and advance amount of INR 3050, for Internet connection. A service engineer came to inspect for the signal availiblity at my residence one week later on 14th June 2015, and informed us verbally that since the signal was being recieved properly in our home, we will be getting internet connection within 2-3 days and that I should contact the concerned sales person for the further process. However the concerned sales person did not recieve my calls most of the time, and when he did recieve the calls he kept on postponing the installation date. finally by 19th of June he informed us that we were not getting the connection due to some change in rules and we will have to take a plan of minimum costing INR 4000. Since we were fed up of the negligence and very poor professionalism from Idea on a whole and particularly of the sales person Mr. Yxxxxxh, I told him that I do not want their connection and he should return our advance money. However since then he keeps on postponing the date for returning our money. In between we have made several calls to the customer service center for Idea and we have got no response from their side. Kindly help us get our advanced money back.
