I own IFB Senoria DX washing machine Sl No 5487 for the past 7 years. I always go in for AMC due to various reasons. Most of the times when any complain is registered the complaints are addressed at a snails pace.
Now I would like to high light the complaint No. 1102381684 dated 11 May 16 and 1102339371 dated 06 May 16 Both of does not yield any proper response. Follow up with Mr Pxxxxxn Rxxxxxa Area Manager also went in vein. Pxxxxn Rxxxxa was referred as escalation point by Mr Suresh of IFB call center. Call center was approached by me on 14 May at 1730 hrs approx and 16 May 16 1230 hrs approx.
Mr Sxxxxxh also refused to share any postal address of IFB Head office and or Regional office address. He shared only email id custmerservice at ifbglobal.com How one can expect that a remote village or average India is having access to email as and when required just for the purpose to monitor an IFB washing machine complaint
I had even texted Mr Pravin on details that when a technician shall attend to compliant for which Pravin did not respond to as well
Your assistance is sought here to redress the issue and appropriate fine is levied on the company for such irresponsible approach.
