I have purchased a IFB Senorita Aqua VX 6.5 KG washing machine serial no 012952141114013913 on 08.03.2015 vide bill no 11410000129997 from vasanth & co velacherry. On 16.11.2015 a complaint 1101062307 was booked by me to IFB service center since the washing machine was not working. A person from from IFB came on 20.11.2015 and told the panel found faulty and it will be replaced by 23.11.2015 by IFB company since it is under warranty period. On dialing on 25.11.2015 the fault booking staff at 1800300005678 told me that some body closed the docket and asked me to book a fresh complaint and it will be settled within 24 hours . So I booked again a docket on 25.11.2015 under no 1101107487. Today the date is 27.11.2015. So far nobody came to attend the fault. Kindly do the needful please.
