I had purchased an IFB W/machine model ELENA DX, S.No. 158154 on dt. 06.06.2011. After the expiry of warranty period, I got an extended AMC from 11/06/2015 to 10/06/2016 paying Rs. 2394/-. From the very first instance of the purchase, I am having problems regarding complaints. There is a problem of draining of water from the bottom. I registered my first complaint on 21.03.2016 which got no response. Thereafter I continued on 26.03.2016, 5.04.2016, 13.04.2017 and also sent two mails on 6.04.2016 and 11.04.2016. and also several telephone calls during this period. On 13.04.2016, I got a reply which stated that they are looking into the matter and the problem would shortly be resolved, but no response against my complaint is obtained. I think an strict action against IFB service centre Kanpur is unavoidable.
