I bought an IFB washing machine from Chennai. Please find below the details of the product.

This is with utmost distress that I am writing to you.
My IFB washing machine is under repair for the past one month. And this is the second time this has happened. It had some problem on 03-Mar-2016 and it was repaired only after one month of chasing and follow-ups. Again there was some problem on 13-Jul-2016 and it is not yet resolved even after following-up for a month now. Two technicians came till now. The first technician came within the first week of the machine being faulty. He took away the motor saying it was faulty. The second technician came only after two weeks to replace the motor, only to find that the fault was not with the motor but with the clutch. After that I got several promises that the technician would come on different dates, but never did. The last false promise that I got from IFB Customer Service Center was that it would be fixed by yesterday noon (Thursday,11-Aug-2016) at any cost. When I called them yesterday morning I was assured that the technician would come by noon. But at noon I got a call from the technician that he would come by 5pm. But the technician never came. When I enquired, I got the response that he would come tomorrow. This delaying has been happening for a month now, and the issue has not been fixed yet. The complaint number is: 1102898555.

Please help me return the product and get refund, because I cannot afford to spend another month in distress chasing after the customer service center if anything goes wrong again. I totally understand that electronic gadgets getting faulty is normal. I was only expecting the servicing to be quick and timely.
